Class Series are here!

What is a Class Series?

A Class Series is an 8 week class program that progresses week to week to help you get the most out of your commitment! These classes will run in a normal live space on the schedule, be recorded and uploaded into the on-demand section of the portal.  After the 8 weeks are complete, the on-demand videos will be removed.  

Find these series as a part of the regular Virtual Class Schedule

These special classes will only be offered for the 8 weeks before being rotated out of the schedule.

To get the most out of the series, we recommend that you register for all 8 weeks.

Long & Lean

September 7 - October 26

2:05 - 2:35pm ET

Join in on this pilates & barre inspired class that uses light weights, a chair and focuses on high reps - you're guaranteed to feel the burn.


Mindful Eating

September 6 - October 25

1:30 - 1:45pm ET

Learn mindful eating tips, meditations and practices to help you be more present with eating to improve your relationship with food and eating.


Upper Back and Neck Relief

September 11 - October 30

11:30 - 11:45am ET

This stretch break will be focused on specifically releasing tension in the upper back and neck to help reduce work injuries and pain and decrease headaches.


Turbo Kick

September 5 - October 24

5:45 - 6:30pm ET

Kick, punch and get your heart rate up.  This upbeat class is fast-paced and leaves you feeling amazing and ready for what ever life brings you.
